Break Tributes 1 "Bboy Summit III - 1996"
Share
Every month, we’ll drop a unique, ultra-limited piece paying tribute to breaking.
Each release is inspired by moments, music, events, battles, b-boys/b-girl and everything that shaped our DNA as b-boys and as a brand.
For the first one of the series, we're making a tribute to "B-Boy Summit III" (1996) and the battle Rock Steady Crew VS Style Elements Crew. Inspired by Ken Swift’s iconic jersey colors, we pay hommage to the foundations of breaking through this unique crossbody toproll bag & pouch bag, 100% handcrafted.
B-Boy Summit 3 (1996): One of the Most Legendary Editions in Breaking
The B-Boy Summit was born in San Diego in 1994, created as a space where the elements of Hip-Hop could come together in their purest form—breaking, emceeing, DJing, and graffiti.

B-Boy Summit 3 became iconic for its raw energy, authentic cyphers, and unforgettable battles that brought together pioneers and upcoming dancers from across the United States and beyond. The event emphasized knowledge, respect, and unity, reinforcing Hip-Hop not only as an art form, but as a way of life. Today, the 1996 edition is remembered as one of the most influential moments in breaking history, helping shape the global culture we know today.
This event brought together freestyle dance cyphers, intense battles (such as the legendary Style Elements vs. Rock Steady Crew, often referenced in breaking history archives), and live performances that helped cement the B-Boy Summit’s reputation as one of the most essential gatherings in breaking culture at the time.
